The Investment Market, which has been in the doldrums for the last few months, is now showing signs of recovery, although at this stage this is just manifesting itself in levels of activity rather than rising prices. The steady fall in values since August 2007 seems at last to have levelled out and there is fast appearing a two-tier market.
