Rating Surveyor vacancy
We wish to recruit a Rating Surveyor to join our Director of Rating in expanding the Stiles Harold Williams Rating team.
This is a new and exciting opportunity to work in a growing and profitable team, to assist in winning new business and in servicing not only the rating work that is generated, but also our existing rating clients. The team has a UK-wide remit and the work will involve liaising with all SHW offices, from our Crawley/Gatwick base.
The role will suit either a relatively newly qualified surveyor, or an experienced MRICS Surveyor. Tasks will include marketing support, specialist research and computer work and department administration. A newly qualified candidate will learn the complexities of rating surveying and negotiation. Over time, the chosen candidate will be expected to build up his/her own portfolio of rating cases and advise clients on all rating matters, whilst always being alert to other, profitable fee work for other SHW departments.
Applicants for this role must have a track record of rating experience.
If you wish to apply for this position please email your current CV and covering letter, stating salary expectation, to Paul Wade.
