Construction Design Management (CDM)

Within the Building Consultancy division we have a CDM Co-ordinator who is able to provide full Construction Design Management (CDM) and Health & Safety services throughout the UK, with a concentration in London and the South East.
Construction Design Management (CDM)
The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007, impose duties on clients with regard to construction safety and risk management. The role of the CDM Co-ordinator, is to provide the client with a key project advisor to ensure these duties are met.
Stiles Harold Williams specialist CDM Co-ordinator can assist and advise clients on the appointment of competent designers and principal contractors, the adequacy of management arrangements and welfare provision and ensure co-operation, co-ordination and communication between the project team.
