We are members of ARMA, the Association of Residential Managing Agents, and subscribe to their Code of Practice. In the interests of good customer service, we do follow a recognised complaint handling policy following guidelines from RICS, ARMA and SOS (Surveyors Ombudsman Service).
How we do it
Our property managers are pro-active in providing clients with advice to facilitate decision-making and plan thoroughly for their future property needs. Our management surveyors liaise closely with clients, lessees, site staff and other professionals involved in the management of your property, to ensure open lines of effective communication. Our Building Consultancy Division provides input for long-term, planned maintenance programmes.
