We are members of ARMA, the Association of Residential Managing Agents, and subscribe to their Code of Practice. In the interests of good customer service, we do follow a recognised complaint handling policy following guidelines from RICS, ARMA and SOS (Surveyors Ombudsman Service).

How we do it
