Schools, Colleges and Universities
For over 100 years we have provided property advice to the Girls’ Day School Trust and the Whitgift Foundation on their 70 or more schools and other premises throughout England and Wales.
We have also acted on behalf of many independent schools, colleges and universities such as Benenden School, Lancing College and Brighton University. We regularly provide banks with valuations for loan purposes to fund improvements and extensions of educational properties.
When education charities dispose of properties, we provide reports in accordance with the provisions of the Charities Act 1993 and the Charities (Qualified Surveyor’s Reports) Regulations 1992.
