Over recent years, there has been a growth in the provision of new healthcare centres and surgeries and acting on behalf of banks and other financial institutions, we have provided valuations which have supported the funding of increasingly larger and more complex developments.
We regularly act on behalf of developers and GP practices, providing valuation advice and negotiating rents under leases and for reimbursement purposes.
Acting on behalf of funding institutions, our Building Consultancy team monitors new developments to ensure that construction is fully compliant with all specifications and legislation.
Our Property Management Division manages over 35 surgeries and medical centres on behalf of three major investors in this sector.
